Magrath LIons Mural Project Sep 2012
First it was whitish, then they scraped and washed and taped and scraped. Now they have gone and primed and undercoated. The volunteers with the Magrath Lions Club have started on a project they hope will benefit the town. The wall itself is 100 feet long and 18-27 feet high. Today (Sat 29 Sep) they put on a first coat .. a light blue to go under the mural.
They will be looking for input on the actual mural. Volunteers from the club and community are working to plan and implement something like the wall art across from the Magrath Public Library.
