Magrath's Cafe (formerly Susans Place, Wings, Franks)
Magrath's Cafe restaurant is located next to the Coop downtown across from Town Hall on 'Main Street' Magrath (1st Street West / Hwy 62).
Magrath,AB Sep 2016: now under new management with a revised menu. Facebook page reports: "Something new, exciting and delicious is happening at Susan's Place. There are new owners, a delightful young couple from Mauritius, that are serving some very tasty East Indian dishes. Today they are offering complimentary tastings of Biryani rice, vegetable and chicken Pakoras, Lamb curry, Butter chicken, naan and parathas along with condiments such as raita, tamarind chutney and mixed pickles. Stop in a welcome them to the community and ask about their plans for the restaurant. You will also be giving your taste buds a treat."
We will be holding/held our 29 Sep 2016 lunch hour meeting here!
