Canada’s Mormon Trail tourism initiative has caught the interest of Travel Alberta and the Canadian Badlands tourism group. They are promoting the Mormon Trail in their literature and you need to be prepared for visitors. They Are Coming! Tour buses are already scheduled to visit Magrath and area this summer to travel Canada’s 'Mormon Trail'.

Presenters included:
- Allen Gibson of StarMedia. He has been the Tourism Marketer for Cardston for the last four years and is also the Tourism Marketer for Canada’s Mormon Trail.
- Jeff Shaw, Assistant CAO from the Town of Cardston. Some of his responsibilities include economic development and tourism.
- Brenda Beck, one of the Magrath town councillors responsible for Tourism in Magrath.
